  • Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, Guides):
    Since these are instant-access downloads, all sales are final. However, if you face any issue accessing your file, just reach out and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

  • Courses, Classes & Memberships:
    We offer a 7-day refund window. If after trying the course or subscription you feel it’s not the right fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll process a refund—no hard feelings.

  • Mentorship & Coaching Programs:
    Because coaching is a personalized service, refunds are not available once a session has been delivered. If you’re unsure, we encourage you to start with a single session before committing to a full package.


How to Request a Refund

  2. Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Wisdom School’s official website.

  • If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Selar, Paystack, Gumroad), please refer to their refund process.

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests) may result in account suspension.
